Tell Your Problem About Your God!

I love the quote I read this week by Mark Batterson, "Stop telling God about your problem and start telling your problem about your God." We worship the God who is the creator of the heavens and the earth, the mighty one, the source of our salvation. Yet we allow the source of our problem to dominate our attention and set our agenda. The source of our problem is the evil one, the great deceiver, that ancient fallen angel of old.

Take a new perspective next time you are confronted by problems and hurdles. Name your God out loud and claim all of his promises for you. Paul told the church in Rome, "Nothing can separate us from the love of God found in Jesus Christ." That same power and gracious love is available to you.
